    OUR GOOD REPUTATION is built on satisfied customers and perfect end products. To take but one example, the frame of a Triumph motorcycle
    is usually formed in a Herber machine. Requirements for precision and strength are extremely high in the motorcycle and automotive industries. It is no coincidence that many of our customers all over the world are in those businesses.
       Visteon in the Czech Republic manufactures air conditioning equipment for the automotive industry for famous makers like Ford, Peugeot, and Jaguar. Visteon has stringent requirements for speed and precision. Herber has delivered some 50 machines over the years to the company’s plants in the Czech Republic and India. Development and delivery of several fully automated systems, including the loader magazine and robots, is in progress.
       Gate Eurokat produces catalytic converters for older as well as new cars. Their demands for final finish, strength, and precision are high. Aimed at optimal results, Gate Eurokat uses Herber Centerline booster equipment.
       We also deliver hydraulic bending machines to Volvo Buses – flexible machinery with extremely high precision – to the company’s plants in Sweden and Poland. Another of our customers, Faurecia, is a supplier of vehicle exhaust systems. In both Sweden and Germany, they use Herber 65 MR and 80 MR hydraulic bending machines, usually fully automated.
       We create and maintain our good reputation by making sure that every machine meets every requirement for precision and flexibility. And we do it regardless of the customer’s industry: automotive, furniture, or other.
     

     
     

    OUR ORGANIZATION is characterized by motivated, thoroughly trained, and knowledgeable employees. Much of our internal company culture is based on participation and understanding. All of that is a prerequisite for transferring knowledge to our customers. Every employee is meant to participate in the decision process and everyone has to understand where we as a company are heading and our mission. Everyone knows our fundamental task is to ensure that the customer’s final results are perfect and that principle is embedded in the heart and mind of the organization.    Continuous training of our own personnel is a key aspect of maintaining our position as your optimum choice. By this means, we ensure that we always know and understand the latest technology, the newest research findings, and the most optimal products. Likewise, we train personnel in partnership with our suppliers and also learn from the constant dialogue with our customers.
       The knowledge we have reaped benefits the customer in many different ways. The quality of the finished machine is a result of a dedicated workforce. First and foremost, we transfer our knowledge and experience in training programs on-site in Värnamo and in connection with installation and start-up.
       Yet another example of the security we work so hard to ensure.
     

     
     

    CONTROL over as much of the production process as possible is important to us. One of the objectives is to ensure precision and on-time delivery. That is why we manufacture the tools for our machines ourselves, saving time and enhancing efficiency and end results. The function of the finished machine is another key aspect of control. We test run every machine for three to four days on our premises. We carry out the test runs in cooperation with IT experts and representatives from robot manufacturers (if applicable).
       The tests are thorough and every detail is checked, such as repetition precision, the booster, precision settings, and the software. In other words, the machine has already been fine-tuned at tested when the customer’s personnel arrive for training.
     

     
     

    THOROUGH TRAINING of the customer’s personnel and assistance with installing the machine are core values at Herber. After all, our mission is to help our customers achieve perfect final results, which includes ensuring flawless operation for the life of the machine. Accordingly, various kinds of guarantees and service agreements are linked to the delivery. We have partnerships around the world with specially trained repair technicians who can be on-site at short notice and we provide phone support 24 hours a day. All machines now come pre-equipped with an Internet modem that enables connection via the Net to our personnel, who provide convenient assistance with on-line troubleshooting.
       The service agreement is another guarantee of security that is tailored in dialogue with the customer. Each agreement is formulated precisely in accordance with the customer’s wishes and individual circumstances.
     

     
     

    IN PACE WITH the increasing sophistication of machinery and CNC systems, standards for operator training are also rising. Every fi nished Herber machine is precision-manufactured for specific tasks, which also demands knowledge and precision when it is used. For those reasons, we at Herber train the customer’s personnel prior to every delivery on our premises in Värnamo. The operators are trained on every step and task for the required number of days until we are convinced that everything is going to work perfectly. In most cases, our experts are also on-site at the customer when the machine goes operational and for the final adjustment of the machine and operator training.
       Once again, this ensures greater security for you as the customer. And as the manufacturer, there is no question in our view that the equipment must work faultlessly in the customer’s own environment.

    WHEN WE SAY we are on the leading edge of technology, we are referring to development of machinery as well as software and system solutions. Aimed at meeting demands for quality and precision, we cooperate very closely with both our customers and our suppliers. We often have the privilege of working with newly developed raw materials at a very early stage. As a result, we can adapt our own expertise and technology in line with the materials of the future. And stay one step ahead.
       Likewise, we cooperate intimately with suppliers including software vendors and manufacturers of handling robots. In so doing, we can generate additional security for the customer by offering customized total solutions that handle raw materials from the pallet and the loader magazine via robots and forward to the finished end product.
