    The smallest model in the Herber range of booster benders with capacity up to Ø 127 x 5 mm. Fully equiped for coil bending of tubes with radii down to 1 x Ø. The picture below shows a 127 CNCTB equipped for combined mandrel- and booster bending as well as motorised feeding rollers for automatic feeding of tubes from a tube magazine placed behind the machine.

    The CNC-system is a close loop system which does not allow the machine to continue before previous movement has reached its programmed position. To optimise the accuracy and speed of the machine the degree of tolerance is programmable. Normal programmed tolerance is ±0,05-0,1 mm/degree.
